I am glad that Halloween is over. I don't care for the holiday all that much, so it is not a big deal to me. It was fun however dressing Talmage up and taking him to the trunk-or-treat, where he got to see some of his friends from church. Luckily I found a Elmo costume at a thrift store, for $12, or else he seriously wouldnt have been dressed up. He LOVED his costume and anytime he would see it hanging in our closet he would want to hold it and put it on.
All week I had been trying to get him to say Trick or Treat, but he wouldn't, so he went around saying "Pweeesee" and got a good amount of candy. I guess being cute and polite works for his benefit!
After the trunk or treat we came home, he got to play with his cousins and then went to bed. Kyle got me to watch Lord of the Rings with him. Surprisingly I had never seen the movie. Now I want to learn the elf language and freak Kyle out!
