Today we took Talmage to the doctor, because I am a bad mom and he has not been in a long time. No really a long time. Sure he went for his ear infection, but I mean for a wellness check up it has been lets say... over a year and a few months. Yeah, thats how bad of a mom I am.
Anyways, we got to the doctors office and they had pictures of puupy dogs painted on the doors. So the whole office got to hear him bark and say "ruff ruff" for a good ten minuets before the took us back to the room. Once we got back there and they weighed him and measured him we were left in the room to wait for the doctor. Talmage found a step stool (I almost just put stool then remembered we were talking medical here and didn't want you to think it was that) He slid it as loudly as he could on the floor and tried to crawl under it. Nothing says germs like laying on the Dr. office floors does it?
Next he turned the step stool upside down and tried to stand on it proclaiming "Tada" every 30 seconds. Then the doctor came in. Thanks goodness. She checked his ears, eyes and teeth and he got mad and wanted to play. Then she checked other things and he yelled and I am surprised he didn't pee on her.
After his shots he got a cool puppy dog book.... more barking and ruff ruffing. Then it was done. Not as horrible as I had anticipated.
Oh and just so you know Talmage is short.
Weight:23.25-----10%
Height:31.5-------12%
Head Cir: 18.5----20%
So he is short, tiny and has a big head.... great.

he and gracie are about the same size.Except for the weight,gracie is 26lbs.
I HATE wellness checkups! Or any visit to the Dr. office for that matter. He is such a cutie! Let me know when you guys come out here. We would LOVE to see you!!!!!!

31.5 inches is considered short? Hayley was 34 inches at her 15 month appointment and the doctor said that was 75-90%.
